First day back at work and I had to run some errands afterwards.
I met up with my friend mark for some record shopping blast at beatstreet records. They still have their boxing day sale ‘til the 31st so naturally, I got all excited and trotted right away to the store.

I will definitely miss some of the things and people that I have to let go. Nevertheless, I’m glad they crossed my life and I hate goodbyes so I will just say “until I see you again”.

Celebrated my 20th yesterday.
I received a lemon and orange cake as a not-so-surprising-surprise from my friends cheryl, jemma, and shandi the eve of my birthday.
Yesterday…
I had the cutest surprise at work! My managers, head chef, and co-workers sang ♫happy birthday♫ along with a triple choc mousse cake + 20 candles and a card in the middle of the store. awkward much! 3 of my co-workers...

Had a friday madness with my friend (slash classmate) at uni and by friday madness i mean a night of mayhem in school.
Studied the night through…
Slept at 3am, woke up at 5am (for more cramming sessions), had breakfast at the residences at 730, then off to our final exams at 830.
I’m glad, however, that my statpsyc is finally done. WHEW.
I’m just praying that I pass it…...

Today, I spent a whole 7 hours in the uni library studying for statistics 210 for psychology. (I’m currently rethinking my career as of this moment..HAHA)

*sigh* i’ve been wallowing over my lecture notes the past few days.. and the tunes of n’dambi, badu, pharcyde, and aretha franklin have been replaced by my uni lecture notes on the repeat. (podcast, of course) — I’m quite thankful in a way for how my uni keeps up with technology.

Headed out to the marinaside in yaletown today for a little bonding time with some of my friends. It still doesn’t sink in to me that it’s already december and it’s winter.
